Projects
We are very proud of the work we do and would love for you to look at some of our favourite projects…
Port Isaac
This project was a large bespoke, high-end new build with timber frame construction. We worked closely with the architects and clients in creating this modern coastal property. With four bedrooms, large open plan vaulted ceiling kitchen and dining room with floor to ceiling glass doors, terraced outside seating and sauna, it really is a showstopper.
St Buryan
This project In St Buryan is an exclusive mini-hamlet of four bespoke, luxury barn conversions, discreetly nestled in rolling farmland with beautiful countryside views, a short drive away from some of Cornwall’s most iconic coastlines and beaches. The barns offered four spacious ‘blank canvases’ for those passionate about making their design ideas a reality.
Hayle
This chalet is in a stunning coastal location and is a high spec two-bedroom replacement beach chalet. It was a particularly challenging build for several reasons. There was a very tight timeframe we had to deliver the project in due to it being in a holiday park with seasonal opening when no building work is allowed. The chalet is also built upon the sand dunes. This was a difficult steep plot for the demolition and build, getting materials on and off site was tricky. Diggers had to be craned in, and care taken when working to keep sand in place before the concrete slab could be poured and supporting gabion walls installed to keep the sand back.
Gwennap
A Cornish Place is a collection of four stunning cottages set in 26 acres of gorgeous countryside. It involved extensive renovations to the main house, the stables and existing barn plus a new build property. It was a challenging task trying to deliver this for the clients due to Covid however the results are spectacular. It is now a highly sought after wedding venue alongside holiday cottages which sit sensitively in the countryside.
Carn Marth
A development of two generously sized family houses with far reaching countryside views. The plots were owned by two sisters who appointed us to build both houses alongside each other. The houses are timber frame construction with a block skin and although similar in style externally the interiors show a variety of different finishes and styles.
Gwel an Mor
This was a phased project to deliver 60 luxury holiday homes for a five star resort. The timber frame homes were 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with huge wrap around composite decks, plus groundworks and landscaping. The scheme also included several fully fitted assisted living properties with ramp access and hoist systems to bedrooms and bathrooms.
