One of our most recent builds involved the construction of two large houses in the quiet village of Carharrack. The project was a concurrent one, which can make things a lot easier and faster when allocating trades for sequential projects. Our team was tasked with building two properties on land owned by two family members, overlooking the valley.

The properties themselves were extremely generous, with enormous vaulted ceilings and large living and dining areas that offered stunning views of the valley. Our team approached the project with a commitment to quality and attention to detail that is second to none and worked closely with the clients to ensure that their vision was fully realized.

The access issues presented by the site were significant, with limited space for vehicles and equipment. Our team had to carefully plan and execute each stage of the project to ensure that we minimized disruption. We had to coordinate with the trades on site to ensure that both houses were constructed and completed in a timely manner.

Metal pilings were also needed to support the side of the lane running parallel to one of the houses. This added a layer of complexity to the project, but our team was up to the task and the wall was completed with the same level of excellence that we bring to all of our projects.

The results of the project have been truly successful and are a testament to our team’s dedication to excellence.
