Hayle

This chalet is in a stunning coastal location and is a high spec two-bedroom replacement beach chalet. It was a particularly challenging build for several reasons. There was a very tight timeframe we had to deliver the project in due to it being in a holiday park with seasonal opening when no building work is allowed. The chalet is also built upon the sand dunes.

This was a difficult steep plot for the demolition and build, getting materials on and off site was tricky. Diggers had to be craned in, and care taken when working to keep sand in place before the concrete slab could be poured and supporting gabion walls installed to keep the sand back.
