What type of projects do you do?

We build custom homes that have been tailored to your specific needs where you get to make important decisions such as layout and materials. We use the best quality materials unlike many most of the off-the-shelf new builds.  We welcome your input, tailored to your budget.

We have worked with many developers and individuals to create individual homes and can offer full home renovations or extension building services if just looking for some extra space without the hassle of moving. We’ll help plan and manage the whole project from the initial concepts to the final touches, to deliver a finished home with every wish list item ticked off.

A loft conversion is a perfect way to add space and increase the value of your home. Depending on the structure of your roof, it is also one of the most straightforward ways to gain more usable space. Before the conversion, we will inspect the feasibility including available head height, roof pitch and roof structure along with any potential obstacles. We carry out “room in Loft”, dormers, “raising the roof” or other solutions for adequate head height, space and fire safety.

Whether you are a large or smaller developer we can offer a range of building services from two or more properties to large scale developments. We also extend, renovate and refurbish any commercial buildings such as offices and retail spaces. From pubs to daycare nurseries and hospitals, we will work alongside architects, planning consultants, building managers, management companies and commercial estate agents to help manage and deliver your project on time and within budget.

You may want new wood floors or some fitted wardrobes, we design and produce a wide selection of joinery projects including staircases, fitted bookshelves, stunning kitchens and outdoor decking. If your project involves wood we are here to help make your vision a reality.

Where do I begin?

Give us a call or use our contact form to set up a meeting to discuss your project requirements some projects will need valid planning permission before any work can be done and usually takes 8-12 weeks.

How involved will I be?

You can be as hands-on or off as you want to be. As our client, we will work with you every step of the way or alternatively take your brief and project manage it for you with regular updates along the way.

We love working with interior designers.

Do you work on listed buildings?

We can work on listed buildings once permission is granted and you have the right experts on hand.

Can you manage the project?
